Monday, December 1st

Hi all,

Come and join us for the post-Thanksgiving Pub Theology at the Tap House this Monday December 1st at 5:30. We are wrapping up our book study, Never Pray Again, and will discuss the final chapter, “Love!” (pages available to view here:

Questions to get the discussion rolling:

  1. Loving enemies is seriously radical, subversive, and difficult. Where are a few areas in our lives where loving our enemies might lead to some good changes?
  2. Towards the end of the “Pseudo Enemy-Love” section, the authors state, “…your enemies in your life right now are a gift from God.” That’s a tough pill to swallow. Do you think that’s true?
  3. How can a balance be struck between loving ourselves and loving/serving others?

See you there.
